Cannabinoid Dosing Overview:
Oils are a much more concentrated version of flowers and buds and can have some unpleasant side effects like nausea, dizziness, thirst, and a drop in blood sugar levels if you go too quickly.
Most Cannabinoid Oils on the market come with droppers that make it easy to get a standard dose every time, and that can be used to place a few drops under the tongue (sublingual) or in your food (edible).
When to take BCP+ 30x Liquid Extract Cannabinoid Oil
Because oils are slow-acting and long-lasting, it’s recommended that you start low, and go slow when experimenting with oils.
Place a few drops under the tongue to gauge your sensitivity to BCP+ Cannabinoid Oil.
When it’s held under the tongue, the BCP+ Cannabinoid Oil is absorbed by the mucous membranes and then directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive tract, which allows for a faster, more potent delivery of Cannabinoids.
Taking the oil with food in your stomach has been known to
minimize nausea.
Using BCP+ Cannabinoid Oils under the tongue, i.e, sublingual dosing, ( & holding it there for as long as you can – the longer the better! *recommended minimum, 20 to 30 minutes before swallowing ) will provide the quickest effects, (but not as quick as Smoking or Vaping) but will still only kick in from 1-2 hours from the time you take it – and can last for as long as 6-10 hours in some cases.
Some Retail Onsellers, with no actual ‘hands on’ knowledge of Cannabinoids, recommending that you hold Cannabinoid tincture-Liquid extract in your mouth under the tongue for as little as 1 to 5 minutes are delusional, as is the advice to simply swallow the Liquid Cannabinoids immediately. By doing so, you are NOT maximizing the potential benefits of Cannabinoids to boost your Immune System, Endocannabinoid System.
Dosing via the digestive tract is a less potent dosing method than sublingual absorption under the tongue!
The initial onset and duration of BCP+ Cannabinoid Oil is much longer than vaping or smoking because it’s absorbed through the digestive system and bloodstream, and it’s not recommended to take a second dose (whether edible or sublingual) until 4 solid hours have gone by.
Some people take their daily dose of BCP+ Cannabinoid Oils all at one time (before bed), but others spread it out throughout the day depending on their other daily routines.
Our own preference is to take a single dose of Cannabinoids at night, including the use of Cannabinoid Balm on any painful areas, enhancing homeostasis during the Sleep Cycle.
‘Listen’ to your body, ‘tune in’, & do what best works for you!
Depending on the concentration of BCP+ Cannabinoid in the oil, you’ll want to experience the oil in small doses initially, until you figure out what works for you.
In general, BCP+ Cannabinoid Oil (Liquid Concentrate) has different effects to dried flowers. Oil takes longer for your body to process when ingested and the potential benefits may last much longer. Oils may be helpful for long-lasting relief for things like insomnia or chronic pain.
Remember that it takes as long as 1-2 hours for effects to kick in, and by taking another dose before the height of the first effects, you’re risking some side effects, e.g nausea.
Reminder: DO NOT increase your doses before a full 4 hours have passed and you’ve allowed yourself to determine how the phyto Cannabinoid beta Caryophyllene works with you & your metabolism. Edibles and oils can be some of the strongest ways to consume herbs.

The most important part of experimenting with oils is START LOW & GO SLOW.
Find a comfortable, safe environment for your first time trying BCP+ Cannabinoid Oils.

Bioavailability is the degree and rate at which BCP+ Cannabinoids are absorbed into the bloodstream so that it is able to have an effect. There are Basically four delivery methods for BCP beta Caryophyllene based Cannabinoids: Sublingual (tinctures oils and sprays), Topicals (balms, salves and lotions), Inhalation (vape and cigarettes), and Oral (edibles, beverages and capsules),
Each delivery Method has its benefits and each consumer has their preferences. So what’s the right way for you?
Cannabinoid Dosing Methods:
Tinctures & Oils are probably the most popular way to ingest BCP Cannabinoids sublingually. Whether you prefer isolate or full spectrum, Whole Plant extracts, they can be produced with different concentrations and flavors available for this method. Lozenges and Sprays are other options for this delivery as well. The vein under the tongue is called the sublingual gland and when a liquid is administered it gets absorbed into the bloodstream via the mucous membrane. By doing this you bypass the digestive system and have a quicker more direct dose.
Studies have found that the bioavailability for BCP+ Cannabinoids ingested sublingually is between 20% and 30%.
What about BCP+ Cannabinoid topicals – balms & rubs? Is the skin capable of transferring BCP into the bloodstream? In short, the answer is no, Cannabinoids will not reach the bloodstream when absorbed topically. However, Cannabinoid balms, salves and lotions are permeable through the skins pores and it does interact with the nearby cannabinoid receptors. Inhaling Cannabinoids via a vape pen is found to be the fastest way for Cannabinoids to enter the bloodstream. Depending on your circumstances however, some may find Vaping an unsuitable option.
Overseas Studies have found that bioavailability rates for Vaping Cannabinoids are between 34% and 56%. Vaping is the most economical way to dose.
